Cream & Cheese Pasta Recipe ๐
A rich, creamy, restaurant-style pasta that’s easy to make at home.

Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 250 g pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ยฝ cup grated Mozzarella
- ยฝ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- ยผ cup reserved pasta water
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
- Reserve ยผ cup pasta water, then drain.
Step 2: Make the Cream Sauce
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 30โ60 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the cream and simmer gently for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Add the Cheese
- Lower the heat.
- Stir in Parmesan gradually until melted.
- Add Mozzarella and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Season with black pepper and a little salt if needed.
Step 4: Combine
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet.
- Toss to coat evenly.
- Add a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
Step 5: Serve
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
- Serve hot.

For an even richer flavor, add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese while melting the cheeses. It makes the sauce extra silky and helps prevent separation.
